Per California cannabis regulations, you must be 21+ with a valid, physical government issued ID or 18+ with a valid, physical government issued ID and a California issued medical cannabis recommendation to place an order.
The minimum order for delivery in our primary delivery zones is $30 before taxes.
The exception to this would be in the Malibu area where the minimum is $100 before taxes. We consider Malibu any address north and east of the intersection of PCH & Topanga Canyon Blvd.
We deliver to residential addresses, hotels, and places of work. We will not meet you at the SM Pier, Starbucks or just on the street. If our driver arrives and it is obvious that you are not at an accepted delivery location your order will be canceled.
Please note we are delivery only. We cannot offer the option to pick up your order.
Tips are not included in any order totals. Tips are however greatly appreciated by all staff!
We quote 60-90 minutes for deliveries in our primary delivery zones. However it is possible that your order might arrive more quickly than this. We ask that you are available to receive your order when you place it. If you need to schedule a specific time of day to receive your order we can accommodate that. Once your driver is directly on their way to you, you will receive a text message containing a tracking link that you can use to follow your driver's progress.
Someone else will not be able to receive your delivery. Due to California Cannabis regulations all deliveries must be received by the person who placed the order. The delivery driver will check your ID upon arrival. If you do not have your physical ID to show your driver they will have to cancel your order.
Yes, but you must have a valid, government-issued photo ID or passport proving you are 21+. We cannot accept any medical patients without a valid medical cannabis card issued in California.
We will make it right! In the instance you purchased a defective product please call us at 310-697-2611 to iniate a return or exchange.
Please keep in mind we do not exchange or accept returns of items simply because you didn't like them.
The $100 store credit you received upon sign up, can be used $10 at a time for 10 future orders. Please note your total after applying a $10 discount must still meet our $30 minimum pre-tax.
Unfortunately it is not possible to combine or stack coupon and promo codes.
Yes, coupons can be applied to your order containing items On-Sale.
If you'd like to refer a friend (which we really appreciate :) just give your username or email you used to create your account to the friend you're referring. We accept cash, card (debit/credit), and venmo. Please note, for first time customers there is a $150 limit on debit/credit transactions.

Yes we do. As a licensed cannabis business in California we are required to collect state cannabis excise tax, city cannabis tax, and sales tax on all purchases.
Believe us when we say we hate talking about taxes as much as you hate paying them. However, we want things to be clear and for you to understand how we collect taxes on purchases through our business.
As stated above we are required to charge 3 separate taxes upon purchase
1. State Cannabis Excise Tax - 15%
2. City Cannabis Tax - 6-10% (Depending on your delivery location)
3. Sales Tax - 9.5-10.25% (Depending on your delivery location)
For example on a $100 pre-tax purchase will calculate as follows:
$15 Excise tax (15% of sub-total)
$8.05 City Tax of 7% (this applies to sub-total+excise tax)
$11.50 Sales Tax of 10% (this applies to sub-total+excise tax)
